About VSVSV
A veteran-led private education venture preparing candidates for the NCC A/B/C certificate syllabus, the SSB interview, and Agniveer recruitment — self-paced, independent, and taught in your own language. We are not the NCC or any government body; the background further down is provided for educational reference.
Who we are
VSVSV is built and led by Capt Nilesh Tiwari (Retd.) and a team of veterans. We started VSVSV because good preparation shouldn’t depend on where you live, who you know — or which language you think in. A cadet in a small town, more comfortable in Marathi, Tamil or Bengali than in English, should be able to understand the NCC syllabus just as clearly as anyone else.
Most cadet coaching stops at the cadet. We didn’t: VSVSV covers the whole NCC ecosystem — the cadet’s certificate preparation, the instructor courses (PRCN, ANO and GCI) for the officers who run units, and a school-support program that takes an institution from establishing an NCC unit through operations and audit readiness. It is a deliberately comprehensive program: long course tracks, in many Indian languages, at prices set to the audience.
VSVSV is a private training provider, operated by VSVSV (VIDHI SANGAT VIDYUT SAKSYA VINAYA) TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. We are not the National Cadet Corps, Directorate General NCC, the Ministry of Defence, the Government of India, or any government organization, and we are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by them. Official NCC enrollment, certificates, camps, and recruitment are handled solely through official NCC channels. The NCC background further down is provided for educational reference only.
Language is not the barrier
Study the NCC syllabus in the language you’re most comfortable in — Hindi, English and a growing set of Indian languages. Learn the concept in the language you think in; the NCC certificate examination itself is conducted in English or Hindi, so the language of learning never holds you back from getting there.

The NCC — Background
An overview of the National Cadet Corps, provided for educational reference
Foundation
The National Cadet Corps was established on 15th July 1948 under the NCC Act of 1948. It arose from the University Officers Training Corps (UOTC) which was established by the British in 1942.
Girls Division
NCC opened its doors to girls, establishing the Girls Division to promote gender equality and empower young women through military-style training and discipline.
Air Wing Formation
The Air Wing was established to provide aviation training and inspire cadets to join the Indian Air Force, adding a new dimension to NCC training.
Naval Wing Established
The Naval Wing was created to train cadets in maritime activities and prepare them for careers in the Indian Navy, completing the tri-service structure.
Modern NCC
Today, the National Cadet Corps is one of India's largest uniformed youth organizations, with cadets enrolled through schools, colleges, and universities across the country. (NCC enrollment, training, and certification are run by the NCC and its authorities — not by VSVSV.)
