How paid online course access is delivered on VSVSV.

No physical shipping. VSVSV is a digital education brand operated by VSVSV (VIDHI SANGAT VIDYUT SAKSYA VINAYA) TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. We do not ship physical goods, printed books, uniforms, equipment, or official NCC documents.

1. Delivery method

Paid course access is delivered digitally through your VSVSV learner account and dashboard. Course content may include online lessons, practice questions, assessments, downloadable study material, and private completion records where applicable.

2. Delivery timeline

After successful payment verification, access is normally activated immediately. In rare cases involving payment-provider delay, duplicate payment review, or account-security checks, activation may take up to 24 working hours.

3. How to access your course

Create or sign in to your VSVSV account.
Complete payment for the selected course.
Open the dashboard and select the purchased course from your enrolled courses.

4. Delivery issues

If your payment was debited but the course does not appear in your dashboard, email billing@vsvsv.in with your registered email address and payment reference. We will verify the transaction and activate access or process a refund if the transaction failed or duplicated.

5. Service scope

VSVSV course access is private online study support. It is not official NCC enrollment, an official NCC certificate, government recruitment preference, bonus marks, direct entry, or any government benefit.
