This paper changed. The current examination order supersedes the 2023 one. The C Certificate paper is now entirely multiple-choice on OMR sheets — no essays, no short answers — and a wrong answer costs you 0.5 marks. It also carries the heaviest technology block of any level. Check any older notes against this page before you rely on them.

Several subjects that carry marks at B carry none at C — NCC General, NCC Integration & Awareness and Living with Nature all drop to zero, because they are examined earlier in the senior cycle. Do not spend C revision time on them.

Your wing paper carries 150 marks. Army leans heavily on map reading (60 marks); Navy on ship modelling, watermanship and seamanship; Air on airmanship, airframe and aeromodelling; RVC on equitation, animal management, saddle fitting and shoeing.

सी साठी विशिष्ट तयारी धोरण
- Treat Drones as a major subject, not a topic. At 40 marks it deserves the study time you would give weapon training.
- Practise on OMR sheets under time. 175 questions is a pacing problem as much as a knowledge problem.
- Drop essay preparation. There are no essays. Convert that time into factual recall.
- Skip the zero-mark subjects. NCC General, NCC Integration and Living with Nature carry no C marks.
- Start from solid B fundamentals — C content sits on them.
- Confirm with your ANO. Weightages are revised with each order, and your directorate sets the practical arrangements.
