- Rehearse the interview format, tier by tier — the panels differ in level and composition.
- Prepare group tasks and a lecturette. Group discussion and speaking to a topic at short notice reward practice.
- Start fitness now, not after selection. SHAPE-1 and BPET come next, and conditioning cannot be compressed.
- Get the documentation right early — it is the one part with a definite correct answer.
