What the SSB is
The Services Selection Board is the standardised, board-administered process by which the Indian Armed Forces select officers. It runs over five days and is assessed independently by three assessors — the Interviewing Officer, the Group Testing Officer and the Psychologist — who reconcile their views at the conference. VSVSV provides private preparation material for that process. We do not conduct any part of it and we cannot influence any result.
